Virginia CRNA named AANA Fellow

Congratulations to Carrie Bowman Dalley, MS, PhD, CRNA, FAANA, a Virginia CRNA, who has been named a 2025 Fellow of the AANA at this year’s AANA Annual Congress! Fellows of the AANA are recognized in their field for being outstanding practitioners, educators, researchers, and advocates. This achievement demonstrates a commitment to excellence in the profession of nurse anesthesiology and impactful contributions to promoting and advancing the profession.

For over 20 years, Carrie Bowman Dalley has advanced nurse anesthesiology through teaching, scholarship and clinical practice. At Georgetown University, she has educated nearly 750 CRNAs, earned a PhD in pharmacology, and serves as the DNAP program director. Dr. Bowman Dalley contributes nationally through pharmacology-focused presentations at the AANA Annual Congress, numerous publications, and serves on the AANA Journal Editorial Panel.
