Legislators Need to Hear from You on Medical Malpractice Insurance Caps

VANA opposed SB 536 this past General Assembly session, which would have more than doubled Virginia’s medical malpractice insurance cap, leading to real world consequences that fall on providers and patients alike. Now we’re building the data to make that case even stronger ahead of 2027.
